While there are tons of local diff merge utilities (including the lightweight kdiff3 and Diffuse) there are times you may need to use online utilities. If you search Google there are tons of them, but we found Mergely to be the best of the lot.
Mergely offers many options to help with your diff-merge activity, like a regular desktop tool and is very simple to use.
- import files from desktop or URLs
- export diff
- 2-way merge
- swap sides
- wrap lines, viewpoer, ignore white space
- custom colours
- optional download and local install support
We contacted the author about a clear both panes option/button.
Alt-n does the trick.
