If you use Fedora you might already know that it is a distro by the purists: nothing that smells proprietary makes its way into it. It’s a great distro for hackers. However, most people do not use their machines only for serious work, they watch movies, listen to music too. Autoten makes your life with Fedora normal. You can use it to install necessary codecs as well as other useful software like JAVA, GoogleEarth, Dropbox, VirtualBox etc. in a few clicks.
To install Autoten, run
$ su -c "rpm -Uvh http://autoten.co.uk/autoten/autoten-$VERSION.noarch.rpm" // replace $VERSION with latest version
